i really love kuih apam.
i still remember when i was 8, my mum made kuih apam in a small
glass mould. itwas very cute..and for surely marvelous..yummy,yummy.
My mum really love to make kuih apam because my siblings love to eat kuih apam.
on that time i just now kuih apam only..i realize that when we meet people, our knowledge will added. My friends told there are apam ayu and apam gula hangus which are very delicious.
But if the maker didn't use right ingredients or wrong steps, the taste of kuih apam will change..=(

ReplyDeleteFor your information, Apam Ayu is one kind of 'Kuih' that had been eaten by the royal family. The name of 'AYU' are gotten by the person who created this kuih which is' Cik Azreen Yg AYU lagi Manis'. That's how the name of that kuih is gotten.. huhu...
