meaning of a ring
girls,do you wear gold ring?if yes at which finger?yes,i am...
somebody said if wear gold ring at fourth finger of ur left hand means u are fiancee to somebody. if u wear it on ur fourth finger of ur right hand means u r a wife...and i wear on ring finger of my left hand..
do i have fiance?nop!it just a ring. It is my aunt's ring. She gave to me because i didn't have any gold accessory...guys, please don't misunderstand when gurl wear gold ring on their ring finger.
Wearing ring do not means that the girl is a fiancee or wife to somebody...sometimes they buy it for their own wear or maybe it is a present from their family or maybe a patrimony ring.
guys, when u admire a girl with gold ring on her ring finger ask them to let u clear, either u still have chance or just forget it.

- Thumb, often considered not to be a finger
- Index finger, also called 'pointer finger', or 'forefinger'
- Middle finger, the longest
- Ring finger, also known as fourth finger
- Little finger, also known as 'pinky'

being a teacher?
a few hours ago, i had a request to help a cute girl-Teh, doing her homework. The subject was English- standard 4, surely u guys think it is easy rite?..hahahaha. It is not for me. i had left the profession as tuisyen kampung's teacher for 5 years ago...i didn't know how to start teaching Teh. The homework was about a story of three student whom want to collect donation for their school tennis court but incomplete sentences. She need to make sentences from given words to make a complete story. i said to teh, i dont know how to start teach u..then, Teh looked at me with a hope. Teh, give me a minute..then i got an idea. first i translated the story to Malay, to let her understand what the story about.then, i translated the words given, to let her get an idea to make proper sentences. After she finished the homework, her mother asked her what the story about....she told her mother the story in her words..which means she understood what she did before..and her answers made me smiled =).

ice cream
do u like ice cream?i do..but sometimes we are too worry about getting fat by eating ice cream, right...hehehe.ice cream also good for our health..check it out, below and enjoy ur ice cream..yummy yummy.
Ice cream
Good news for ice cream lovers: A recent Swedish study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that women who have at least one serving of full-fat dairy products a day gain less weight than women who don't. Researchers aren't entirely sure why, but it's believed that a compound in milk fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) may aid weight loss. Health.com: Top 5 foods for women
Not all studies support the dairy-aids-weight-loss claim. But Gluck feels there's more evidence for than against, even if full-fat dairy's secret is simply that it's more satisfying. "Many women find that low-fat versions of dairy products like ice cream and cheese just aren't satisfying," she says, "so they may eat a lot of them -- downing hundreds of calories in the process, trying to fulfill their craving -- when just a little bit of the full-fat stuff would have done the trick."Best way to enjoy it: Have a little cheese, ice cream, or a glass of milk each day. "You really can't go wrong with that," Gluck says. "Dairy should be part of your diet, whether you're trying to shed pounds or not. You need the calcium to maintain strong bones. And the vitamin D and CLA in milk both have cancer-fighting properties."Watch out for: Fat intake. Remember that full-fat dairy products do contain saturated fat, Gluck says, so it's best to limit yourself to two servings daily -- and to make your third serving a low-fat or skim choice.

angry?
when u angry,what will u do?
screaming?crying?scold?
how u deliver your emotion....
are u hurting others?
scold peolpe like they didnot have heart...
please don't do that.
just imagine when u didnot do anything but somebody scold u....
how u feel?
forsurely unsatisfied, angry, maybe sad or maybe WANT to kill the person that scold u..
and forsurely this questions will be in ur mind:
what my fault?
what have i done?
why me?
WILL I FORGIVE THAT PERSON?
so,please deliver ur emotion in proper way...
and avoid hurting people.
if u didnot want to be hurt, dont hurt people.
easy right?win-win
when u want to do something,

overload...
seat at plastic chair near to the driver in the express' bus was new experience to me..the driver asked me either my heart beep faster than normal or normal?it's normal.yes because you confident with me by the way i drive.yup..why i seat there?i paid same like other passanger.only one word..miscommunication.the subcounter didnot link with the main counter where my friend bought the ticket.there were 33 seats but the passanger were 34 and i was the lucky one.like the driver said, it is not easy to get this opportunity...yes,it is first time i seat near to the driver in express' bus.there was a gentleman who offered me his seat, but i didnot accept it because i comforted with my seat.the journey took 3 hours to arrived the destination but i didnot seat at the plastic chair for 3 hours, maybe 2 hours and half.the driver adviced me to buy the ticket at the main counter and he said sorry when he droped me at the destination. i just said thank you and smiled.

volleyball 3
One day,my friend asked me either i can play volleyball or not..it was in semester 2 at UMT.i said i can play but i need trainning.she said okay. she said there was volleyball interfaculty tournament, i played for kolej kediaman.i said okay. if i'm not mistaken, we got 2nd placed for the tournament. i continued training every evening. Then there was selection for UMT's player which the main tournament was Majlis Sukan-sukan Universiti Malaysia(MASUM)..and i was not selected again...it's okay, because i was new in the group about one month and i need more training.all the player were very friendly and very nice to me even though i was not UMT's player. it was very different with my secondary school's time. my friend who introduce me with the volleyball at UMT was UMT's player.Being a volleyball player not just about training and fitness but it needs comitment.besides volleyball, i also member of Pertahanan Awam Unit Kustem (earlier named).so, there was another comitment.as a student i need to put academic as my priority. so i decided not seriously invovle in volleyball.frust?yup...but it's for my future.i still had chanced to play volleyball which sometimes team with UMT's player.i played for interfaculty tournament, Sukan Muhibbah and Sukan Wanita.
volleyball 2
volleyball 2 is about played volleyball at secondary school.it was started since i was form one.every evening i got training. tired?forsurely yes...but i love it.When i was in form 3, there was volleyball selection for being school's player.i was not selected....why?fitness problem...very sad..huhuhuhu.i never gived up.even though i couldnot play for my school, i played for my yellow house.

They spited the ball..wow..powerful.
the way they played made me scared.why? they looked very expert..

amazing...part 2
BEANSPROUTS – SPERM
The stir-fry favourite bears an uncanny resemblance to the images we see of ‘swimming’ sperm trying to fertilise an egg. And research from the US suggests they could play an important part in boosting male fertility.
A study at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio showed that to make healthy sperm in large quantities, the body needs a good supply of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells against damage by harmful molecules called free radicals. Just half a cup of bean sprouts provides 16 per cent of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C for a man. It’s not just dad but baby too who could benefit.Bean sprouts are packed with folate, a vitamin that prevents neural tube defects, where the baby is born with a damaged brain or spine.
GRAPES – LUNGS
OUR lungs are made up of branches of ever-smaller airways that finish up with tiny bunches of tissue called alveoli. These structures, which resemble bunches of grapes, allow oxygen to pass from the lungs to the blood stream. One reason that very premature babies struggle to survive is that these alveoli do not begin to form until week 23 or 24 of pregnancy. A diet high in fresh fruit, such as grapes, has been shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer and emphysema. Grape seeds also contain a chemical called proanthocyanidin, which appears to reduce the severity of asthma triggered by allergy.
TOMATO – HEART
A TOMATO is red and usually has four chambers, just like our heart.
Tomatoes are also a great source of lycopene, a plant chemical that reduces the risk of heart disease and several cancers. The Women’s Health Study — an American research programme which tracks the health of 40,000 women — found women with the highest blood levels of lycopene had 30 per cent less heart disease than women who had very little lycopene. Lab experiments have also shown that lycopene helps counter the effect of unhealthy LDL cholesterol. One Canadian study, published in the journal Experimental Biology and Medicine, said there was “convincing evidence’ that lycopene prevented coronary heart disease.

Healthy Foods for a Healthy Body
BANANA (SMILE) – DEPRESSION
Cheer yourself up and put a smile on your face by eating a banana. The popular fruit contains a protein called tryptophan. Once it has been digested, tryptophan then gets converted in a chemical neurotransmitter called serotonin. This is one of the most important mood-regulating chemicals in the brain and most anti-depressant drugs work by adjusting levels of serotonin production. Higher levels are associated with better moods.
BROCCOLI – CANCER
Close-up, the tiny green tips on a broccoli head look like hundreds of cancer cells.
Now scientists know this disease-busting veg can play a crucial role in preventing the disease.
Last year, a team of researchers at the US National Cancer Institute found just a weekly serving of broccoli was enough to reduce the risk of prostate cancer by 45 per cent. In Britain , prostate cancer kills one man every hour.
MUSHROOM – EAR
Slice a mushroom in half and it resembles the shape of the human ear.
And guess what? Adding it to your cooking could actually improve your hearing. That’s because mushrooms are one of the few foods in our diet that contain vitamin D. This particular vitamin is important for healthy bones, even the tiny ones in the ear that transmit sound to the brain.
GINGER – STOMACH
Root ginger, commonly sold in supermarkets, often looks just like the stomach. So it’s interesting that one of its biggest benefits is aiding digestion. The Chinese have been using it for over 2,000 years to calm the stomach and cure nausea, while it is also a popular remedy for motion sickness. But the benefits could go much further. Tests on mice at the University of Minnesota found injecting the chemical that gives ginger its flavour slowed down the growth rate of bowel tumours.
CHEESE – BONES
A nice ‘holey’ cheese, like Emmenthal, is not just good for your bones, it even resembles their internal structure. And like most cheeses, it is a rich source of calcium, a vital ingredient for strong bones and reducing the risk of osteoporosis later in life. Together with another mineral called phosphate, it provides the main strength in bones but also helps to ‘power’ muscles. Getting enough calcium in the diet during childhood is crucial for strong bones. A study at Columbia University in New York showed teens who increased calcium intake from 800mg a day to 1200mg – equal to an extra two slices of cheddar - boosted their bone density by six per cent.

NESCAFÉ
i love nescafe...
i'm not nescafe addict ...
it still under control..
i drink it when i fell sleepy but i can't sleep on that time...
during final exam, nescafe is my friend..
i can drink maximum 2 cup per day.
if more than that, i become blurrrrrr(ting tong)
guys, check out nescafe history below.
Quality coffee since 1938
The rich taste of your favourite coffee is reflected in its rich history. The beginnings of NESCAFÉ can be traced all the way back to 1930, when the Brazilian government first approached NestlĂ©. Our coffee specialist, Max Morgenthaler, and his team set out to find a way of producing a quality cup of coffee that could be made simply by adding water, yet would retain the coffee’s natural flavour. After seven long years of research in our Swiss laboratories, they found the answer.
Quality guaranteed – since 1938!
The new product was named NESCAFÉ – a combination of the Nes-root of NestlĂ© and the word cafĂ©. NESCAFÉ was first introduced in Switzerland, on April 1st, 1938. For the first half of the next decade, however, World War II hindered its success in Europe. NESCAFÉ was soon exported to France, Great Britain and the USA. American forces played a key role in re-launching NESCAFÉ in Europe by virtue of the fact that it was included in their food rations. Its popularity grew rapidly through the rest of the decade. By the 1950s, coffee had become the beverage of choice for teenagers, who were flocking to coffee-houses to hear the new rock ’n’ roll music. In 1965 NESCAFÉ continued to bring you the world's best cup of coffee by introducing freeze-dried soluble coffee with the launch of Gold Blend. A few years later we invented a new technology to capture more aroma and flavour from every single coffee bean. In 1994 the 'full aroma' process was invented to make the unique quality and character of NESCAFÉ even better.

A and me.....
A is part of my life since i was 6 years old. It become aggresive when i was 11 years old. I don't think so much about A because when i give full attention to A, it make me feel like breathing in the water. Sadly, A limits my activities. Thanks to Allah for giving me a chance to be a runner even though on for school sports day. Before A become closer to me, i was a runner for my red house during sport's day when i was in primary school for 2 years. I really sad, but just say goodbye to sport. When i was in secondary school,i tried to play volleyball. A is not a problem because volleyball didn't need me to be runner. I played only if there was game in school. In university i fighted with A. I played volleyball and futsal. I joined Pertahanan Awam (JPA3). I just did whatever i want to, even though sometimes A silently cames to me. Last year i got a chance to be a diver....unfortunanely, a doctor at Pusat Kesihatan UMT disqualified me. I had noticed that before i filled diver form, just want to try..hahahaha. Who is A? A is asthma...genetic disease.
What is Asthma?
Asthma is very common among children, teens and adults. It is a disease that causes the airways of the lungs to tighten. An asthma attack is when your lungs aren’t getting enough air to breathe. Your child might be having an asthma attack if he or she has:
Trouble breathing
Wheezing
Coughing
Chest pain
Chest tightness What causes Asthma Attacks?
Things that cause asthma attacks are called triggers. Triggers are everywhere.
Any home can be full of triggers like mold, dust mites secondhand smoke, cockroaches, cats and dogs. Other asthma triggers may be air pollution (such as ozone, small particles, and pollen), foods, respiratory infections and exercise.

newspaper
how serious this girl read newspaper...
since i was child, i do read newspaper everyday.
Newspaper is important because it tell me surrounding condition in Malaysia and world. I'm in my own world while reading newspaper. I can spent 3 hours to read newspaper. Sounds like funny right...but it is me. Now, with technology, i read online newspaper. Newspaper can add our knowledge and vocabulary either Malay or English newspaper. There are many columns such as sports, business, education, lifestyle and many more in the newspaper. We also can share our knowledge and opinion through newspaper.

netball player????
My netball team for Riang Ria Entech 2007. From left is athira, azreen, maru, k.intan, nazifa, che mah and me.We got third place for this game. This picture was taken before the games started. Honestly, i dislike netball because there are many rules such as player can hold the ball just in 3 seconds and no movement while holding the ball. For me, netball is a good games because in netball
the player can run, jump and show off their skills. Without reserve player, 10 min is really enough to make us exhausted. Thanks my friends.

waitress
last sunday (21 june),
i became a waitress for an event at UTHM.
sounds like easy..
it's new experience for me and maybe for my friends too.
i need to served for VIP.
nervous.....
there were 6 waiter and waitress for VIP.
every one handle one table.
i was handling table 7.
learn how to setting table for VIP,
learn how to serve for VIP,
it was time for served
luckily there were only 3 staff seat at table 7.
while i served, my hand was shaking..
the staff asked, 'why are u shaking, is it because the plate is heavy?'
i just smiled, the only expression i can did on that time.
alert..
looking around either they want to add some rice or not..
look at their glass, either they want to add some sirap limau or not.
after they finished their meal, we cleaned up the table.
for this job we got rm30 as our salary.
the money is not the point for me,
because this experience is more than rm30.
tired..but get new experience and knowledge.
smile, alert, confident, and be smart.
it is not in my mind to have this experience.

thin vs fat
i'm not thin..
i'm not fat..
in the middle..
many people thinks that slim is beautiful and fat is bad...
for me, as long as u are healthy is okay either u are slim, moderate or fat.
having a size in the middle of M and L is difficult for me to buy a suitable shirt.
sometimes L is okay, but sometimes L is big for me.
sometimes M is okay, but sometimes M is small for me.
i having this problem since i was young.
on that time my parents had this problems when they want to buy shirt for me.
i just wait...
right now, i still face the same problem, and must make decision by my own self
if i go shopping alone.
guys,
either u are thin or fat
accept it because it is YOU

i can't remember when the last time i had this great time...
13 June 2009, i was very happy on that night.
seat together with my mum and sibling and had great dinner.
not forgotten my cuties niece, aleya also joined us
we ate satay..yummy,yummy.
it is not about the satay..
it's bout the time we spent together.
it's difficult for us to seat together because
we stay at different place........
the eldest at damansara
my second sister at tangkak.
my brother at home.
me at batu pahat,
the fifth at muadzam shah.
the youngest at home.
when there were 5 , 1 was "missing".
sometimes only hari raya or kenduri or special event we can seat together...
i realize that when we become older we had less time with our sibling.
i did not know when i can had this moment back.
i LOVE my family very much

why she act like that?
I'm really disappointed with my group leader.
she like to be a leader but
she didn't act like a leader.
she fail to lead us..
she fail to cooperate with us...
she didn't responsible to the task given.
thanks to my group member,
who knows their responsibility.
we didn't push her to be our leader.
she volunteer, and we accepted
we feel angry and disappointed with our leader.
what an annoying person that i have ever met????????
hope so, this didn't happen again.

kuih apam
i really love kuih apam.
i still remember when i was 8, my mum made kuih apam in a small
glass mould. itwas very cute..and for surely marvelous..yummy,yummy.
My mum really love to make kuih apam because my siblings love to eat kuih apam.
on that time i just now kuih apam only..i realize that when we meet people, our knowledge will added. My friends told there are apam ayu and apam gula hangus which are very delicious.
But if the maker didn't use right ingredients or wrong steps, the taste of kuih apam will change..=(
